Platform Admin Checklist

1. Invite a publisher

Section titled “1. Invite a publisher”
  • Sign in as a platform admin and go to dev.moszaic.ai/admin
  • Click Publishers → New Publisher
  • Enter account name, contact full name, contact email — click Send Invite
  • Success toast appears, redirects to publishers list
  • Invited account appears in the list
  • Invited user receives a Cognito welcome email with a temporary password link

2. Publisher account management

Section titled “2. Publisher account management”
  • Click into a publisher account — shows account details and admins list
  • Edit the account name — click Save — change persists on reload
  • On the publishers list, click the trash icon on a non-critical test account
  • Confirm dialog appears with the account name
  • Click Delete permanently — account removed from the list

3. Access control

Section titled “3. Access control”
  • Signed in as a publisher (non-admin), navigate directly to /admin — redirected away / access denied
  • Signed in as a platform admin, /admin loads the admin panel
